Defying Gravity

One of our first activities with the Dicksons was going to Wicked. It is playing at the Pantages Theatre here in LA. This was the second time for Beth and I, and it was even better than I had remembered. I think the boys even liked it! Beth and I have been singing duets ever since we left the theatre...
"popular...you're gonna be popular.."

Thanks to Janae that organized all of the tickets and got us a great deal! We had a great time!

So what is it about this show that is so amazing- I'm wondering if the hype is really just "hype."

I am new to the Wicked fan club, but I love it! It is my new running music, and I'm such I dork that I get emotional every time I hear Defying Gravity.

I saw wicked in New York and loved it. The girls in my family are thinking of taking a trip to LA to see it. We'll have to hang out when I come.

I'm usually not a big musical lover, but I have an obsession, (bordering on neurosis), when it comes to this soundtrack. I listen to it over and over and never get sick of it.

I read the book, but we never saw it when we lived in NY :( Sad. If you get a chance, go see Lion King (if it comes here) It is one of our favs. I thought it would be for kids, but it was amazing!
