The final session of my cake class was last night and this is what I created. This one's for you, dad!! It reminds me of the good old days....driving the beverage cart (as the beer babe) at Bountiful Ridge. Fore!

Very nice! Are those trees made entirely of frosting. the leaves are very impressive?
The trees are ice cream cones with frosting on the outside--clever, eh? And the sand traps are made from brown sugar. :)
That cake is just about 'par' for you and your many talents. I love it!
Maris, you need to send me instructions on how to create such a masterpiece. My dad would dig on that for a belated Father's Day!
I am already sad we will not have a class this Tuesday. Maybe we should have our own private lessons.
