There is an urban legend in Salt Lake City that Trio Cafe has a Garlic Chicken Pizza that will send you into labor, so my dad insisted that we try it the other day.

My Nephew
I eat up every moment I spend with this kiddo! He is so fun. From "making camp" and roasting marshmallows in the backyard, to dressing us all up as TMNT, to swimming stunts with Uncle Tyce. I love this kid!! Sadly, after these photos were taken, he broke his little collarbone, so there won't be any swimming for a while--heal soon, little Donatello, so you can play with your new cousin!!
Baby Blanket
In addition to all the things my mom has been doing to help get ready for baby Lucy (i.e. taking me shopping, making me treats, buying me lots of meals out, arranging my doctor's appointments, and helping set up our temporary nursery) she also took the time to make Lucy her "thumb sucking" blanket. We picked out the brown and pink fabric to match her room--satin on one side, minky on the other. She is going to love it! Thanks Mom!!
The day after she made the blanket, we found a Lucy and Linus Peanuts cartoon about blankets in the paper! What a coincidence!

Baby Showers Bring June Babies...
My fabulous friend Beth threw me this fabulous shower at her fabulous new house! The decorations, food, and company were, you guessed it: FABULOUS!! Check out her cute babe, Abe. Lucy is already in love with him. We've already started planning their wedding! Thanks to everyone who came and showered me with gifts! Also, thanks to Jenny and Kelly for the yummy food they made too :)

Papa Sean
It's technically Sean's first father's day since his daughter will be joining us in a few days. I don't know if everyone knows what is happening in our crazy world right now, but we have moved from LA :( and I am in Utah to have the baby. Sean made the road trip to Nashville and has been there for almost 2 weeks without furniture or stuff. Our truck is late, so he is sleeping on an air mattress, sitting in a folding chair, and watching soccer on his laptop! Poor guy. He'll be joining us girls here in Utah in 4 days--we can hardly wait. We miss him so much! But we just want him to know that he is going to be the best daddy ever! He is always looking out for us, working hard to accomplish his goals, but all the while having a great time and entertaining everyone! We love you, Sean and can't wait for Friday!!
Happy Father's Day to my baby's daddy!
